"Room was decent but there was no closet or luggage rack. There is so much construction that you have to be carted around the property in golf carts. Our room backed right up to construction and it was loud with music and construction noise, making the balcony unusable. The pool area is very nice, however there is no snack bar or bar of any kind and there is not an adults only area. The food options are terrible and even the staff told us not to eat there. The price nowhere near justifies the experience and I would not go back"

"This hotel will not honor Expedia reservations or their own posted check in times. The staff, including a dullard front desk manager named Houston offered no apologies, no explanations and no alternatives. Instead, the staff blamed me for using Expedia instead of booking directly with them. With Douglas saying, “this is what you get with Expedia."
